Nottm Casuals v Ilkeston

This Sunday we were away to Nottm Casuals. A big thank you to them for some great games and top marks for the burgers after.
We played six a side, and 4 lots of 10 minutes. All our players had to take a turn off the pitch so thank you to everyone for taking turns. It was a very cold day to be stood about.
We scored some super trys and took some fantastic tags and worked very hard on running forward and making space. There was also a lot of very good support work. Despite some very cold hands we kept hold of the ball well.
Everyone did a super job, even though we have now got used to playing 4 a side and having more space.
The player of the day went to Henry Crocker who has really taken on board running straight and he scored two great trys after long runs. He consistently tries his hardest and tries to put into practice what we have done in training. He has worked hard on taking tags and this showed again in his play today. Well done Henry.
