A frosty and frozen morning greeted us at the Stute on the morning that we were to face Corsairs but we didn't Let it go because the cold never bothered us anyway.... I'll stop with the Frozen references shall I?!
13 of our young elks came out to face Corsairs and a great display was had for all. Watching the players supporting each other and helping each other out was great to see. Their teamwork was amazing and they did showed brilliantly how they are able to work together. TREDS values were massively on display and the trys kept pouring in from all concerned. The rule of everyone must touch the ball was brought in before a try could be scored and all the teams that were out there did wonders in including all of the players. Some of those that are often a bit shy in pushing themselves forward were running, scoring, and supporting the others and showing what they are really made of.
Quilter Kids First Player of the week and earning his first Green Lace was Logan who really stepped up his game and produced a couple of amazing trys and incredible support play of his team mates. Excellent work!!
