Training Sunday 16th Dec West Bridgford Fixture report Xmas Dinner

Last Sunday - West Bridgford
Thanks you all parents and children who turned out last week at West Bridgford I heard it was extremely well organised and I have passed on the positive remarks I have received to the coaches there. Apparantly we have some way to go to match the numbers of U6s they get down there, they have 30 on their books!

Well done to Jamie Wardle for his Man of the Match award, Jamie has been working really hard on his attitufe on the pitch and this paid off on Sunday as he showed that if he stays focussed what a good player with excellent skills he is. Congtrulations Jamie! My personal thanks to Woodie and the other helpers who stepped in to coach and help our
players on the day.

And finally if the kids can tutt as they pass Ian this Sunday for arranging Henrys birthday party during rugby time on a Sunday morning that would be much appreciated.

Xmas Dinner
On Sunday 16th December, Annamarie, at the Stute, would like to offer Christmas Dinner (turkey, pig in blanket, stuffing, yorkshire pudding, veg, spuds and gravy) to ALL players and coaches attending Stute regardless of if they have played a match. Obviously, the cost of this matchfood is more than double the usual matchfood cost, so to cover this and at the same time raise a small amount for the club, there will be a charge of £1 per meal.

Can you please notify me ASAP if you would like your child to get some dinner, apparently, last years Christmas dinner was great and Annamarie hopes (with your support) to make this years even better!

Training this Sunday16th Dec
No match this weekend so training down at the stute. Please watch out for emails and texts early morning just in case we have to move training venue and time. We will have training and Christmas dinner regardless of the weather so please get them ready!

If weather and pitches are OK we will be at the Stute at 10.30am as normal, if the pitches are unplayable again, I have reserved a part of the sports hall at the Rutland Sports Park in Ilkeston at 9.00am and i will email and text this switch if it happens as soon as I know. Obviously if we play there we will need trainers.
