Pitches & Pitch managers
Each pitch will have a Pitch Manager to make sure teams & refs are ready to start on time. Each age group has an adult Age Group Superviser. Please have your team ready to play or your ref ready to ref in plenty of time before each kick off time.
Those pitches round the cricket square can we make sure no one with studs goes on the square and when retrieving balls.

Timings
All timings are in the program. Please be prompt. Please note some matches may be straight through, if there is an end swap, there is no half time pause. All playing times adhere to RFU daily playing times correct for each age group. Most age groups will finish between 1-2pm approx.

Photography
If you have someone within your age group who cannot be photographed, this should have been highlighted at registration. However if you forgot to do this, please tell us now, so we can inform the correct Pitch Manager/Superviser and the Official photographer. Otherwise we shall assume that there are no restrictions.
Please inform all parents we have an official photographer - His van is located in the car park by the playing field entrance - plus their advert in the program tells where to view after the event.

First Aid
Hopefully you have your own first aiders as per usual club matches. Our first expectation as per RFU guidance is your players will be dealt with by your first aiders. However we also have our club physio to hand. She is based in the physio room in the changing rooms.

Awards
We took the decision a few seasons ago to just concentrate on playing rugby. To that end there are no awards, complicated or otherwise this year. Just enjoy playing!
